● Best Rate Guarantee claims must be submitted within 24 hours after reservation being made on SHR website (,
● A valid reservation at SHR website, booked through SHR direct channel (SHR website, Central Reservation, Hotel Reservation), is required to submit a Best Rate Guarantee Claim
● The claim must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the standard check-in time of the hotel
● The lower rate claim on non-SHR website must be:

  • Same Hotel
  • Same check-in and check-out dates
  • Same Room Type and number of Room
  • Same number of guests for both adults and children
  • Same Rate Plan of meal plan and inclusions (e.g., Room Only compared to Room Only; Room with Breakfast compared to Room with Breakfast)

● The claim rate must be available to public (must be no required to sign up membership or part of any program) and available to book at the time of verification with provide a form of payment to complete the booking
● The differentiate must be at least 1% with comparison of local currency to local currency (to avoid different exchange rate on each channel)[/list]
