Once you exit the arrival hall, look for our SAiiLanders holding the hotel signage who will assist you with the speedboat transfer. Or simply head to the CROSSROADS guest services counter A17 and A18. Your transfer will be scheduled based on your flight arrival and departure time.
The return shared speed boat transfer: For stays until 31 March 2023 – Adult (14 years old and above): USD 148, Child (6-13 years old): USD 74 round trip, inclusive of all taxes Child (below 6 years): Complimentary. For stays from 1 April 2023 – Adult (12 years old and above): USD 148, Child (6-11 years old): USD 74 round trip, inclusive of all taxes Child (5 years and below): Complimentary. The transfer charge is not included in the room rate and will be collected upon arrival. To arrange the transfer, please contact rsvn.lagoon@saiiresorts.com and share your arrival flight details at least 3 days prior to arrival.
If you arrange your own transfer to, there will be a docking charge of USD 75 per person and the request for own transfer need to be submitted at least 48-hour prior to arrival. Please include the boat name, license number, and captain contact number in your request.
If you are staying at another hotel before coming to SAii, please inform us the name and contact number of the hotel.
As a proactive Covid-19 prevention measure, random sampling and testing of passengers at the airport will be conducted by HPA.
Split Stay
One week prior to arrival, guests are required to check with the reservations team if the other resort is eligible for a split stay, as we are unable to accommodate guests from another property, yacht, and island listed under monitoring status.
