Terms & Conditions
- Prices are subject to 10% Service Charge and 16% TGST.
- NO split meal, all bookings must have ONE meal plan for all pax for all related bookings, per stay. Example: family has 3 rooms, you cannot have 1 on All Inclusive and 2 on Full Board.
- Drinks and food items should not be shared with a guest who has not opted any meal package. Any drinks or food items, offered to a non-meal plan guest will be charged as per consumption.
- NO beverage vouchers will be issue to the guest.
- All Inclusive package does NOT include Mini Bar, In Villa Dining and ** The Marina outlets.
- Children up to 11.99 years old are complimentary using children’s menu or 50% off meal plan.
- Children 12 years old and above shall be considered adults for the purposes of all reservations and payment.
- Teenagers aged between 12-17.99 years old will benefit from a special non-alcoholic All Inclusive supplement of US$185 per person, per day.
- Teenagers will also be entitled to all the other benefits included in the adult All Inclusive package.
ALL INCLUSIVE Terms & Conditions:
§ Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guest aged 18 and over.
§ The beverage package is applicable in all bars and restaurants EXCEPT In Villa Dining, Mini Bar and The Marina outlets marked with ** two stars.
§ Take away beverages from outlets to the rooms is NOT allowed.
§ Only selected beverages which are listed in the package will be offered.
§ Any other beverages which are not included in the packages and consumed extra, will be charged directly to the guest.
§ All the listed beverages will be served only by glasses and not by bottles, available during the opening hours of the bars and restaurants.
§ If the guests will show the signs of intoxication or misbehave, the restaurant and bar managers have authority to stop serving alcohol to such guest.
§ On non-availability of particular listed beverage, an alternate beverage will be offered by hotel team.
§ The guests who choose beverage package cannot offer any of the drinks to his friends or others if they are not part of the package.
§ Meals cannot be taken in different restaurants during the same meal period.
§ Meal plan upgrade must be purchased for all guests in the room/villa. It is not allowed to purchase the upgrade for only one person in a double occupancy room.
§ Free kid meals are available at Ministry of Crab, Nihonbashi Blue and Carne Diem.
§ Unused meal package benefits are not refundable or non-extendable to the next day and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
PREMIUM ALL INCLUSIVE Terms & Conditions:
§ The beverage package is applicable in all bars and restaurants from two resorts and Marina outlets (SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton and Hard Rock Hotel Maldives)
§ Free flow Premium and House Pouring Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic beverages from selected menu, which are listed in the package will be offered.
§ On non-availability of particular listed beverage, an alternate beverage will be offered by hotel team.
§ The guests who choose beverage package cannot offer any of the drinks to his friends or others if they are not part of the package.
§ Meals cannot be taken in different restaurants during the same meal period.
